SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via USPS from Winona, Minnesota.

Processing time: 3–5 business days
Each candle is hand-poured in small batches with care and intentionality.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking info through Etsy. Will House Studio is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they’re in transit, but please reach out if anything goes wrong—we’ll do our best to help.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

Because of the handmade nature of our products and safety standards, all sales are final.

If your candle arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please message us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.

CANDLE CARE & SAFETY

Our candles are made with a premium coconut-soy wax blend, natural wood wicks, and clean fragrance oils free from phthalates and Prop 65 ingredients.

To care for your candle and burn it safely:

• Trim the wood wick to 1/4 inch before each burn

• Burn for 2–4 hours at a time, especially on the first burn to prevent tunneling

• Never leave a burning candle unattended

• Keep away from drafts, children, pets, and anything flammable

• Place on a stable, heat-safe surface

We will only use your shipping and contact information:

• To communicate with you about your order

• To fulfill your order

• To comply with legal or tax obligations
